Medical accidents are better known as Medical Malpractice . According to Black's Law Definition: In medical malpractice litigation, negligence is the predominant theory of liability. In order to recover for negligent malpractice, the plaintiff must establish the following elements: (1) the existence of the physician's duty to the plaintiff, usually based upon the existence of the physician-patient relationship; (2) the applicable standard of care and its violation; (3) a compensable injury; and (4) a casual connection between the violation of the standard of care and the harm complained of.

Keep Records

Be sure to take pictures of the what happened and where it took place. Keep these organized and in a place you can easily access them. Keep any doctor bills, or papers that may have anything to do with the accident. The more records you have, the better of chance for a case.
